What it does

The agenda, built rather than remembered: What has to be on it, what the committee has open, and what owners have raised.
Notice and quorum, where we hold the rules: Notice periods and quorum come from the enacted text, not a template adapted from another state.
Quarter hosts the video call: A meeting carries its own video room, so there is no separate conferencing account to buy or share. RSVPs come back by email to that meeting's own address.
And it minutes the room you are sitting in: Meeting in person? Open that link on a phone in the room. It records and transcribes, and the minutes are drafted from it exactly as for one held online.
Minutes and the actions out of them: Minutes are drafted from what happened, and the actions come out as tasks with people attached, the part that usually evaporates.

How it works

Each meeting has its own reply address, so an RSVP is a reply to an invitation rather than a form somebody has to find.
Minutes are drafted from the call transcript, which is why an in-person meeting still needs the link open on a phone in the room: no recording, no transcript, no draft.
Minutes and actions are drafted by the model and edited by a human. Nothing is filed as a record without somebody signing it off.

What it doesn't do

Worth as much as knowing what it does, and otherwise found out at the worst moment.

Minutes come from a transcript. An in-person meeting with no phone in the room is one Quarter can hold the agenda and actions for, but not write up.
Statutory notice, quorum and agenda requirements are built for New Zealand and New South Wales. Elsewhere an agenda goes out without those notes rather than with another jurisdiction's.
