What it does

The schedule read into its actual cover: Upload the policy and Quarter reads it: insurer, sums insured, excesses, cover and period. Not a PDF nobody opens.
The renewal date is a fact the building holds: Policies carry their end date, current cover is separated from expired, and the compliance summary says where insurance stands.
Answerable, like everything else: "Are we covered for water damage from a burst riser?" is a question about your own policy, and it is answered out of your own policy.
In front of the committee before the meeting: Cover is something a general meeting has to look at, and it arrives as a current position rather than a hunt through email.

How it works

Policies are read by a reader built for schedules rather than a general one. A schedule is a table of sums and dates, and treating it as prose produces confident nonsense.
What it extracts is editable. A misread excess is corrected in one place rather than argued with.

What it doesn't do

Worth as much as knowing what it does, and otherwise found out at the worst moment.

Quarter is not a broker. It tells you what your policy says and when it ends. Whether that cover is adequate is a conversation with somebody licensed to have it.
Where a scan cannot be read reliably, Quarter says so rather than guessing at a number.
