Ask once. Watch it actually move.

Committee inboxes are miserable because every message arrives looking the same and somebody sorts it by hand at nine at night. Quarter sorts it on the way in: most is a question with an answer, some is a job for somebody, a little needs the committee.

What it does

Most of it never reaches you
A question answered by the by-laws or the minutes is answered where it was asked. The committee sees that it happened, not the exchange.
The rest becomes a job with a name on it
A task with a person, a status, a date and its own thread, raised from the conversation it came out of rather than typed in again.
Nothing is lost between people
Hazards, incidents, maintenance and bills are recorded against the building, so next year's committee inherits a record rather than a folder.
The awkward one can be raised without a confrontation
Some things never get raised because it means raising them with a neighbour in a hallway. A message is how they get raised at all.

How it works

  1. The agent decides what a message is and what to do with it, and has tools for each outcome, answer, create a task, record a hazard or an incident, email a contact, raise it with the committee.

  2. Which of those it can reach depends on who is asking. Claiming a home proves somebody lives there, not that they own it, so a resident reaches fewer of them than an owner and an owner fewer than the committee.

Try it now

Report something and watch it get an owner.

Tell the trial about a leak, a broken light, a car in the wrong bay. It works out whether it can answer, whether it needs somebody, and who, and what you get back is a job with a name and a date on it rather than a promise to look into it.

No account, no email address. It's a demo building, so nothing reaches anybody's neighbours.

What it doesn't do

Worth as much as knowing what it does, and otherwise found out at the worst moment.
