This proposes a building rule for dogs and other pets on the common property at 26-26B King Street: dogs must be on a lead and under their owner's control rather than left to wander, and owners must clean up after their pets. Rules set how the shared parts of the building are used, and changing them is a decision for all the owners, not the committee. It needs a special resolution of the owners corporation. The exact wording of the rule is left for the committee to settle. If it passes, it only takes effect once the updated rules are lodged with the Registrar and recorded. Dog much be on leach (under contol of owner not left to wander) and clean up after your pet
