This is an informal poll. It asks owners whether the building should compare what it pays its manager with what running the building itself would cost. Nothing is decided or spent. The management fee in the budget is often not the whole cost: extra-work charges, disbursements, other bills from the same firm and any commission taken out of the insurance premium usually appear elsewhere in the accounts or inside the premium.
