This asks the body corporate to approve installing EV charging points on common property, with the electrical work needed to support them. It also decides that each charger is separately metered. Without meters, the power would be a common property cost that all 26 lots pay, whether they own an electric car or not. Charging points like these count as improvements to common property. This one is put as a special resolution, which is valid whatever the project ends up costing. It does not give anyone exclusive use of a charging bay. That would need a separate by-law.
