An owner has suggested using part of the common property for a community garden that residents could share. This poll is only to find out whether owners like the idea. It does not approve any work, spending or change to the common property. If there is enough support, the strata committee can look at where the garden could go, what it would cost, and who would look after it. Then it can put a formal motion to the owners corporation. We should use common property for a community garden
