This proposal adds a by-law giving one lot's owner the exclusive use of a specific parking space on 6 Napier Street's common property, shown on a plan attached to the by-law, and sets who looks after its upkeep. Changing the by-laws is decided by the owners together at a general meeting, by special resolution: it fails if more than a quarter of the unit entitlement voting is against it. The owner receiving the space must also give written consent. After the vote, the change has no effect until it is lodged with and recorded by the Registrar-General, which must happen within 6 months.
