This asks the owners whether EV chargers should be installed on the building's common property, how many, roughly what they would cost, and which fund would pay. The owners corporation would own and maintain the equipment afterwards. Who pays for the electricity the chargers use is a separate question, and it would need a by-law change of its own. NSW treats EV charging as a sustainability upgrade, so this passes unless half or more of the votes cast are against it. Before voting, the meeting must consider the cost, running costs, who owns and maintains the chargers, and which lots can use them.
