That the owners corporation, by sustainability infrastructure resolution, specifically authorises the installation of a 97 kW solar photovoltaic array and associated inverter and cabling on the common property roof of 21 Hythe Street, at an estimated cost of [COST] to be funded from the [FUND]; and that the ongoing maintenance of the common property affected be the responsibility of the owners corporation.
