Switching to Quarter

    Check out Quarter & review the proposal

    Claim your home and try out Quarter for yourself. If you like what you see, then add your support to the proposal.

  2. 2.

    Owners vote by ballot

    The chairperson sends every owner a ballot (they can do this in Quarter), or owners with a quarter of the lot entitlements can call one themselves. Owners vote in Quarter or by post within 14 days, and the motion passes if most of the votes returned are in favour and at least half the lots vote.

  3. 3.

    We’ll manage the handover

    We’ll work with your existing manager (or you if you’re self managed) to get the necessary documentation loaded up into Quarter in time for the switchover date that’s in the proposal.

  4. 4.

    On the switchover date, you’re live!

    That’s it! Owners will start receiving communications from Quarter. We’ll let you know when things need to be done, and you can log in to yourquarter.au to see everything at any time.
