The council of owners calls a general meeting (they can do this in Quarter), and owners vote on the proposal.
We’ll work with your existing manager (or you if you’re self managed) to get the necessary documentation loaded up into Quarter in time for the switchover date that’s in the proposal.
That’s it! Owners will start receiving communications from Quarter. We’ll let you know when things need to be done, and you can log in to yourquarter.au to see everything at any time.

Quarter builds the agenda, schedules the AGM, counts votes, takes minutes and records decisions.
Quarter turns your shower thought into an official resolution that your neighbours can vote on.
Quarter issues levy invoices to owners, then chases them up. You can pay levies using direct credit, PayID or Credit Card.
Bills get sent to Quarter, where they’re checked against the budget. Once two committee members approve, they get paid automatically.
Quarter builds a proposed budget for each year based on the previous year and what’s coming up.
Quarter tracks what needs to be done and how to get it done alongside live reserve fund projections to help avoid special levies.
We keep track of changing legislation and let you know when something needs to be done, or if we can, we’ll just do it for you.

We work with CIX who take a tailored approach to get the best quotes for your building. Or BYO broker, we don’t take commission either way.
We can file your annual tax return and BAS through our partner tax agency (additional charges apply), or if you have an accountant already, they’re gonna love the financial reports in Quarter.
We prefer email but where needed we post out notices to owners. Our office can also be your address for service for receiving mail.
Our team have a decade of experience managing shared buildings. When you need help with something, we’re here. You’ll also benefit from being part of the Quarter community, where we share knowledge of how costs are tracking, and which suppliers have been good to work with.
